Here are some complained I found from most customers that you might need to consider before you buy it:

• It only has 2 USB Ports, which is for some people not enough. They should at least provide 3 Ports.
• No Optical Drive. You can’t expect an optical drive from an ultrabook. But you can connect external drive from its USB Port.
• Keyboard is not backlit. It’s not really a big issue, but for those who work at low lights, it’s pretty important.
• No Back lit Keyboard
